    Salary Package

    • Indian Rupees (INR): ₹6,00,000 per year + Bonus

    • Nepali Rupees (NPR): ₹9,60,000 per year + Bonus

    Job Location (for Sales Assistant)

    • Bengaluru (Bangalore), India — with a reputed private limited company.

    Training & Certification (For Selected Candidates)

    • Location: Janakpur, Nepal

    • Duration: 3 Months (Theory + Practical)

    • Certificate: Awarded upon successful completion of training.

    • Eligibility to Join Job: After receiving the completion certificate from Janakpur.

    Selection Process

    • Written Examination: 23 August 2025, Janakpur, Nepal

    • Interview: Conducted within 1 week of written exam results.

    • Offer Letter: Issued by the host company in India for selected candidates.

    • Training: 3 months in Janakpur (theory and practical sessions).

    • Job Joining: Candidates proceed to Bengaluru, India after certification.

    Role Description — Sales Assistant

    This is a full-time, on-site role. The Sales Assistant will work closely with the sales team to drive business growth, manage customer inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the sales team in presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

    • Manage customer inquiries and follow up promptly.

    • Maintain and strengthen client relationships.

    • Prepare and maintain sales reports.

    • Coordinate sales activities and support administrative functions.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    • Proven sales experience in a sales-related role.

    • Effective organizational and time-management skills.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. M.B.A. is Preferred. but not essential.

    • Experience in the technology or Healthcare or related sector will be an advantage.
