Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Recruiter to join our growing team in Janakpur.

This role involves handling the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. You will also prepare job descriptions, post advertisements, conduct background checks and actively visit colleges in Janakpur and across Nepal to build strong talent pipelines.

As a Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers and the CEO’s office, gaining valuable exposure to nationwide hiring strategies and modern recruitment practices.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in HR and recruitment, with scope to take on more responsibilities as the company expands locally.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

• Strong sourcing and networking skills

• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment abilities

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Comfortable using recruitment software and online tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• MBA or Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory

• On-site Job: Full-Time

Salary & Benefits

• NPR 7,44,000 per year (i.e., NPR 62,000 per month)
